Rupali Dogra brings warmth, patience & deep expertise to every class.

A New York City–based Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and founder of Kuva Yoga & Wellness, Rupali specializes in adaptive Hatha yoga for older adults. Her Chair Yoga & Meditation program supports mobility, joint health, emotional well-being, and genuine community connection.

She has guided seniors through age-related challenges like arthritis, insomnia, and low mood — always with the goal of fostering strength, resilience, and dignified aging.
